LiFe @ tAmWoRtH..
Ok.. i am back in Singapore alreadi.. since last Thursday.. No need me to explain la.. i failed the air grading la.. first.. let me talk abt e life at Tamworth Air Grading Centre..
The bunk.. Wooo!! is one man to a bunk.. fully air conditioned.. if weather is cold.. still got heater.. got a study table wif light.. cupboard.. wardrobe wif hangers to hang clothes.. bathroom wif bathtub and hot and cold water supply!! ha.. den no need to clean room one.. cos got a cleaner tt will clean for us abt 2-3 times a week.. so ya!! ma chiam like hotel!! den e food.. i can tell u.. is superb.. except tt when u eat for too long u will be sick and tired of it and wan to eat Singapore Food la.. haha.. all is buffet style.. breakfast got hashbrown, bacon, egg, pancakes & etc.. lunch.. at first get to eat buffet.. but when we started flying.. we onli got to eat sandwiches and cup noodles.. damn sianz one.. dinner.. steak.. lambchop.. chicken.. pasta.. salad.. and etc etc etc.. haha.. sure grow fat!! somemore free flow of ice cream!! ARRRGGGHH!! wat good life lo.. haha.. but this kinda of life accompanied stress at work.. everyday we woke up to haf breakfast at 0615.. den after breakfast went to classroom to prepare for Ops Brief.. e one get picked haf to do e slide and present abt e weather information all this.. from 0700 to 0800.. we will had our pre-flight brief.. den at 0800 e Ops Brief start.. den after tt we will do our sortie.. normally onli 3 waves per day.. after flying we will haf our EODD (End Of Day Debrief).. den its e end of our office time.. normally ard 1500.. den went to internet.. bathe den eat dinner.. after which wat ever time u wan to slp is up to u la.. haha.. normally we studied la.. if not went to common room t watch tv or play comp or call home.. den will sometimes ordered pizza la.. tts our normal day la..
Weekend.. onli Saturday we get to go out.. will go Tamworth Town to shop.. for chocs and clothes.. souveniers la.. and oso eat chinese food!!! WOoooHooo!! den will went back at ard noon.. cos nothing to do liao.. will share a cab.. normal 8 pple to share.. cos e cab meter jumped damn fast la!! if not veri ex le.. 20secs jumped 7 times!! at nite.. we will played cards and drank alcohols la!! e alcohols there are damn damn cheap.. Sunday.. we wont go out.. so jus stayed ard in common area.. play cards or comp.. or played bball.. watched the videos tt we rent over there la.. nothing to do.. so study lo.. haha.. tts abt a week over at there la..
Now.. let me continue talk abit abt my last 2 sorties..
Sortie 6 (Test Profile).. the weather is gd... flew with the Head of Air Grading Centre, MAJ Kullar.. oh man.. he is realli gd man.. damn gd instructor.. i learnt alot from him.. he told me exactly where my problems lies la.. then he did aerobatics wif the aircraft.. haha.. song bo.. but its realli nice to fly wif him la..
Sortie 7 (Test).. the weather is damn jia lat.. fog and mist.. cant see the horizon.. the usual visual landmark tt we used to take cant be seen.. so quite difficult to fly.. somemore today fly wif my Course Commander, MAJ Ralph.. one of those instructors who gave students tremendous amt of stress during flight.. i nv realli did according to e test profile.. due to e fact he needed to do his instruments landing.. i haf to do circuits (Take off.. go around.. land.. take off again.. and so on..)first.. and the best thing is?? i nv did a full circuit all by myself before.. and i still got things tt i haf not learn la.. haha.. den in e training area.. i cant see shit! all fog and mist.. but i tink i failed bcos i am lousy la.. and oso i instruments flying la.. den e instructor took me back via another route.. den from then on i nv do anything liao.. during e debrief he told me i failed la..
The worst situation came.. they managed to book a tix for us on e following day.. so haf to go back accomodation block to pack as fast as possible.. den next morning we went to do our clearance and all e shit.. den depart at 1000.. den reach Sydney at ard 1045 den transit and had to wait for 5 hrs la!! haha.. zhuo bo la.. so juz shopped ard.. used free internet.. bought abit duty free stuffs.. ate lunch.. damn ex.. den slept awhile.. den bought e plane.. ok.. e service was gd.. but mostly air steward.. haha.. den e food is limited.. no beef when came to us!! sucks la.. den e entertainment oso got problem.. e tv came veri late.. damn sianz la.. but after all.. still ok la.. 8hrs seems quite fast la.. touched down le.. went to buy some duty free alcohols.. after which collect luggages and den met up wif my parents!! my dad den fetched me to Changi Village to eat Nasi Lemak!! whoohoo!! damn nice la!! haha.. long time nv eat liao..
Reach home ard 0000.. ok.. use abit of comp den went to slp.. damn tired la.. jet lag..
